Clearing the Printer Queue in WINDOWS 10

1. Go to Search bar and enter “Services”

2. Right click and run the app as an administrator

3. Scroll down to the Print Spooler service and right-click on it and select Stop.

4. Next you need to go to the following

directory: C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS. Delete all the files in this

folder. This will clear all print queues.

5. Now you can go back to the Services console (Step 1 & 2) and right-click and

select Start for the Print Spooler service.
